Bitmoji
While working as a contractor for Snap, Inc. at the Venice campus, I got the pleasure of working with the Bitmoji team from Canada. Bitmoji's old support site was deprecated and brought over to Zendesk. From scratch, my two project managers and I brought the Bitmoji support site to life.

A fun but quick project
As you can see, the site itself isn't a flashy one, but one that serves its purpose well: to get the answer to your questions. Bitmoji's app is relatively simple; as such, the main use of the support site is "light" and carries only pertinent information.
