I worked closely with a designer on the Lens Studio team to bring this project to life: it entailed revamping a previously unbranded Zendesk support site from the ground up. Zendesk is an extremely versatile, developer-friendly platform that I grew to love while working on this project.

I made sure to treat each element with the respect it deserves: we all know how help sites can be extremely dull. We did our best to avoid that!

A nice takeaway from this project: I am now comfortable with all aspects involving Zendesk guide platform from the ground up -- including all the functionality such as elastic search.
